This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules for using NexGen AI Studio. By using our Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or reporting to authorities.
1. Prohibited Content
You must not use our tools to generate: sexually explicit or pornographic content; content depicting or promoting violence, gore, or physical harm; terrorism, extremism, or hate speech targeting any group; content that infringes on copyrighted, trademarked, or patented material; harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation; deepfakes or impersonation of real individuals without consent; any content involving the exploitation or abuse of children; malware, phishing, or other malicious digital content; spam, unsolicited mass content, or deceptive material; content designed to manipulate elections or spread disinformation.
2. Prohibited Activities
You must not: attempt to bypass rate limits, content filters, or security measures; use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service; share, resell, or redistribute access to the Service without authorization; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits; attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or copy our AI models or proprietary technology; use the Service for any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
3. Enforcement
We may take the following actions for policy violations: immediate content removal; temporary or permanent account suspension; revocation of API access; reporting to law enforcement where required by law; pursuit of legal remedies for damages caused.
The severity of enforcement depends on the nature and frequency of violations. We aim to provide warnings for minor first-time violations but reserve the right to take immediate action for serious offences.
4. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this policy, please report it to abuse@nexgenai.studio. Include as much detail as possible, including the tool used, the content in question, and the time of occurrence. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
