NexGen AI Studio respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent provisions under India's Copyright Act 1957 and IT Act 2000.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content generated through our Service infringes upon your copyright, please send a written notice including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on our Service; your contact information (address, phone number, email); a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner; a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed content and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of federal court in your district.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and our policies, we will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.

5. AI-Generated Content Notice

AI-generated outputs may occasionally bear resemblance to existing copyrighted works. This is an inherent characteristic of AI generative models and is not intentional reproduction. We implement content safety filters to minimize such occurrences. Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content for potential copyright issues before publication or commercial use.
