Refund Policy

1. Credit Purchases
Credit packs purchased through NexGen AI Studio are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired unused credits are non-refundable.
2. Subscription Plans
Monthly subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period. You can cancel your subscription from your account dashboard or by contacting support.
3. Exceptions — When Refunds Are Granted
We will issue refunds in the following circumstances: technical failures that prevent you from using purchased credits or features, where the issue is on our end and cannot be resolved; billing errors including duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or unauthorized transactions; extended service outages lasting more than 24 consecutive hours affecting paid features you have subscribed to; if the Service fails to deliver the core functionality as described at the time of purchase.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@nexgenai.studio with the following information: your account email address; transaction ID or payment reference number; date of purchase; reason for the refund request; any supporting details or screenshots.
5. Processing Timeline
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Razorpay refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear. Stripe refunds may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Consumer Protection
This refund policy is in addition to any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India) or equivalent consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
